**Reports To**: _Loan Department Head_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

2.Prepare and process loan documentation and ensure completeness and accuracy.

3.Monitor and manage disbursement of approved loans.

4.Maintain accurate loan records in financial databases.

5.Liaise with clients to gather documentation, answer queries, and explain loan products.

6.Assist in the development and implementation of loan department policies and procedures.

7.Follow up on collections and ensure timely repayments.

8.Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, legal, and compliance departments.

9.Prepare periodic financial and loan reports for management review.

10.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
