**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)
**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for domestic transportation services through research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our domestic transportation solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Quotation & Pricing: Prepare competitive and accurate quotes for customers based on their transportation needs. Negotiate pricing and terms to secure business while maintaining profitability.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs by driving new business and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of transportation services and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our services effectively.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer communications in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports to management.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to domestic transportation services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic transportation or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of domestic transportation services (truckload, less-than-truckload, freight management).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to offer tailored solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
A customer-focused approach and a proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
