**Job Summary**: A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales leads, pitching services or products to new clients, maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts, and overseeing new market research. The primary goal is to generate new revenue for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
**Sales & Presentation**:Creating and delivering professional, compelling presentations/pitches of the company's products or services to prospective clients. Negotiating and closing sales deals, aiming to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Handling client objections effectively and professionally.

**Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new accounts. Collaborating with sales teams, marketing, and technical staff to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts.

**Strategy & Reporting**: Developing a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets or industries. Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and results using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
