**Position**: HR Recruiter

**Experience**: 3 years+

**Location**: Hyderabad (WFO)

**Shift Timings**:Monday - Friday (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST)
- Experience working on End to End Recruitment Process
- Understanding of IT Domain and various skillsets
- Preparation of Job Descriptions and Posting vacancies on various portals
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Compose job offer letters
- Understanding of HR & Operations activities
- Good in maintaining employee relations, employee grievance handling, planning and conducting Employee Engagement Programmes, etc
- 3yrs+ experience having an eagerness to learn and develop themselves
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Knowledge about various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Should be a Go-Getter with a Can-Do Attitude
- Go Getter with a Can do attitude
- Immediate Joiners are preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
