We are seeking an experienced **Facebook Ads Specialist** to join our team, focusing on driving sales and lead generation for D2C clients across various sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns tailored for D2C businesses.
- Develop engaging ad creatives, including copy and visuals, in collaboration with the creative team.
- Perform audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Manage ad budgets and adjust bids to maximize performance within allocated spend.
- Monitor trends and updates in Facebook Ads Manager and implement best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports to showcase campaign performance and strategy outcomes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns, preferably in the D2C space.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Ability to create data-driven strategies and troubleshoot campaign issues.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creativity in designing ads that resonate with D2C audiences.
- Knowledge of Canava and Video editing basic

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency handling multiple D2C clients.
- Knowledge of other paid media platforms like Google Ads.
- Expertise in creative testing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization for sales.
- Strong proficiency in reporting and presenting data through Google Sheets and Excel.
