We are seeking an experienced **Facebook Ads Specialist** to join our team, focusing on driving sales and lead generation for D2C clients across various sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize lead generation.
- Design compelling ad creatives and copy to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI goals are achieved.
- Test and optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Facebook Ads policies, trends, and tools to maintain campaign compliance and effectiveness.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically for lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in crafting high-converting ad copy and visual creatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canava and Video editing basic

**Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month**
