**Job Title**: Finance Executive - Store Management & SAP Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- **Store Management**:

- Oversee inventory management in the store, ensuring optimal stock levels and mínimal wastage.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock orders and deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Track and reconcile stock movements, including incoming and outgoing inventory.
- **SAP Systems Management**:

- Utilize SAP to process financial transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate data entry and update in SAP related to inventory, accounts, and financial records.
- Generate and review reports through SAP to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Troubleshoot SAP system issues and collaborate with the IT department for system optimization.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations, sales, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between finance and business goals.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance and store management, preferably within the printing and labeling industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, with a focus on inventory management and financial modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Materials Management (MM).
- Experience in the printing and labeling industry is a significant advantage.
