**Senior Associate**

**Experience Needed: 3-6 Yrs 7 Positions
- Must have strong experience with **Microfocus Load Runner **(On Premise/Cloud)/ **Performance Center/LRE **& Develop **automated scripts in Vugen **for the initiatives using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML)
- Must have knowledge about executing the Tests like Stress/Load/Soak etc
- Must know how to coin the workload modelling for UI & Api tests
- Should have hands-on expertise on **Jmeter **atleast for 1 yr
- Should have knowledge about **Dynatrace **& **Splunk**
- Should have hands-on expertise on **Jmeter**
- Good to have experience in JVM, Garbage collection understanding
- Experience in gathering Performance Testing Requirements, Conducting system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability
- **Solid communication skills**: demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Good to have RPA knowledge

**Associate**

**Experience Needed: 1-3 Yrs - 7 Positions
- Must have strong experience with **Microfocus Load Runner **(On Premise/Cloud)/ **Performance Center **& Develop **automated scripts in Vugen **for the initiatives using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML)
- Good to have knowledge about executing the Tests like Stress/Load/Soak etc
- Good to know gathering Performance Testing Requirements
- Good to have hands-on expertise on **Jmeter**
- Moderate communication skills

**Lead**

**Experience Needed: 7-10 Yrs 4 Positions
- JD -We need to look with the blend of Python, RPA, Blaze Meter and J-Meter Ci/CD ( would be required to some extend )
