**About The Position**:
All you need is:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or System Analysis.
- 3-5 years of automation testing experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Python testing frameworks, and Java.
- Basic knowledge of Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Good working knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Experience in software testing, testing tools and methodologies, and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to the latest automation tools and backend Python automation.

What will your job look like?
- Translate the business plan into detailed work plans to achieve organizational and quality objectives, as well as financial targets.
- Continuously monitor and control test units/projects, providing leadership, formulating team strategy, implementing changes, and overseeing test strategy, design, execution, and risk management.
- Provide guidance and direction, monitor and evaluate talent performance, and identify opportunities for talent progression and promotion.
- Identify and plan necessary skills allocation and development, ensuring professionalism, productivity, and effectiveness of test units. Initiate development of training materials and tools, and oversee the production of work and workforce.
- Lead and manage testing engagements, including budget and resources, customer relationships, timelines, deliverables, quality, and overall management, whether for specific projects or on an ongoing basis.
- Drive and implement unit improvement initiatives, define, share, and monitor efficiency goals and targets, maintain a cross-implementations view, and leverage and reuse best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor, enhance customer satisfaction by initiating value addition activities, and build business cases for test activities.
