**QA Support Engineer - AI/ML (Contract)**

**Overview Of The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
- Perform functional, regression, UI, and smoke testing across platforms
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issuesContribute to release validation and continuous QA process improvements

**Skills**
- **QA Methodologies**:Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle
- **Automation Tools**:Experience with Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks
- **CI/CD & Version Control**:Familiarity with Git, pipelines, and Agile workflows
- **API & UI Testing**:Comfortable testing REST APIs and cross-platform interfaces
- **AI/ML Awareness**:Exposure to testing models, data-driven systems, or AI platforms
- **Communication**:Strong documentation and collaboration skills across QA and engineering

**Essential Experience**
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in software QA or testing roles
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC and defect lifecycle
- Experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in writing test cases, logging bugs and preparing QA reports
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesGood communication and team collaboration skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience testing cloud-native or AI/ML platforms
- Exposure to Python/JavaScript automation scriptingKnowledge of performance, security, or API testing tools
