**Overview**: As a Back End Executive at Helllo Uniglobe Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's backend operations, including data entry and tele-calling activities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter and update data in the company's database and systems.
- Maintain and organize records of all data entries.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform regular data audits and clean-ups to ensure data accuracy.
- **Tele-Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects to provide information or address inquiries.
- Conduct telephonic surveys and collect customer feedback.
- Follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Maintain a log of all tele-calling activities and update the CRM system accordingly.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data entry and tele-calling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
