**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing communications between the sales team, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor daily sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, factories, and suppliers.
- Follow up on order deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Track and manage inventory and delivery schedules to avoid delays.
- Prepare sales reports, track order status, and update the sales team on progress.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in sales and delivery processes.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (or related field).
- Fresher or Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and sales processes.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of factory and supplier delivery systems.
