Manya is a Pan India organisation in study abroad business and has 47+ centres in 24 Indian cities and is the largest international partner of The Princeton Review outside USA. The Princeton Review is a part of ST Unites Company-a global education company.

Manya currently operates in three major business verticals in the area of Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions and Language & Communication Training. Now Manya is also venturing into online products segment to cater to larger market.

The position holder is expected to provide beneficial counselling services to potential and existing clients/ students, to guide them on course/ package options and procedures, making optimal use of the Manya’s Omni channel universe for its products and services.

Students often struggle with college entrance exams and the global admissions process because of their different educational experiences and lack of familiarity with these types of exams and multi-faceted admissions criteria and career choices. For the past 2 decades, we have been providing end to end personalized, innovative, online 1on1 tutoring, test prep both in-class and online, and a wide range of admissions products and services to help students knock down barriers and achieve their academic goals.

**Test Prep**:We use The Princeton Review’s proprietary Live Online platform and content to deliver test prep for PSAT, SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, GRE, GMAT, AP exams. Students can prep anytime, anywhere using our expert-created online video lessons, targeted drills, and full-length practice tests. Personalized score reports detail students’ performance and pinpoint strengths and weaknesses.

**Live Online 1-on-1 Tutoring**: Grades are critical to help students get admits into their dream schools. Our tutors have years of experience in giving students the individualized attention they need to maximise their potential.

**Key Deliverables**
- Achieve defined individual enrolment and revenue targets
- Be able to provide specialized guidance of overseas education requirements including tests, college shortlists, visa requirements
- Effectively presentManya’soverseas education bouquet of services from test prep through overseas admissions
- Keep him/herself-updated with latest informationacrossUS and Canada admissions

IncludingTest preprelated industry/competition trends
- Research and enhance knowledge in Canada, Australia and US overseas admissions space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding Admissions and Test Prep products by any of the customer preferred means -in-center, online, etc.
- Responsible for complete sales funnel management& ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
- Ensure benefits and advantages of enrolment are shared with students to encourage conversions.
- Ensure high rate of conversion of all leads
- telephonic, forwarded and referrals to be successful in achieving the performance goals.
- Gather &collate accurate client information on prescribed enquiry form from walk-ins and timely update on portal.
- Maintain inventory of student’s kit and ensure timely issuance as per process.
- Coordinate with respective teams for products/services and seek support for second level counselling whenever required.
- Be responsibly proactive in up-selling and cross-selling relevant products.
- Support Centre Manager in grievance management.
- Ensure efficient & appropriate communication with students related to batch details,timelines and updates.
- Be proactive for self-development initiatives by participating in trainings and certifications.
- Owning the entire lifecycle of each student at each stage, maintaining database and have the ability to extract reports.
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as research, advising, editing, IT and Finance and ensure IT related process compliances.
- Monitoring and follow up of creation of schedules & other mandatory operational tasks at all locations as per TAT.
