Painting Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of the painting team in the blasting booth, primer station, and painting booth.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations in the painting area.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Manage inventory of paints, coatings, and related supplies, ensuring efficient use and ordering materials as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train and mentor new team members in painting techniques and safety procedures.
- Address any issues related to equipment maintenance and repair.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in industrial painting or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial painting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of painting equipment, materials, and techniques.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to painting.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
