**Reports To**: Project Manager / Site Head

**Experience**: 1-2Years

**Job Summary**:
The Interior/Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing interior design and fit-out projects at the site. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and workers, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion as per design and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, civil, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Manage manpower, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
- Maintain site safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Verify measurements, materials, and BOQ against actual site requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid project delays.
- Conduct quality checks on work done and rectify defects immediately.
- Ensure timely project handover to the client.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
