**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all civil and finishing activities at construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all tasks. The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that work adheres to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management**:

- Supervise daily civil and finishing activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site laborers to ensure smooth operations.

**2. Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect and verify that all civil and finishing work meets established quality standards.
- Regularly check compliance with structural, architectural, and finishing specifications.
- Address and rectify defects or issues related to plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, or fixtures.

**3. Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop daily and weekly schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to align timelines and avoid conflicts.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain daily work logs and progress reports, and submit them to the Project Manager.
- Monitor inventory and materials on-site, ensuring timely coordination with the procurement team for replenishment.

**5. Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols among all on-site personnel.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

**6. Finishing Work Supervision**:

- Oversee the execution of detailed finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, woodwork, and other decorative elements.
- Conduct inspections to ensure finishing work aligns with design specifications and high-quality standards.

**7. Client and Contractor Liaison**:

- Act as the primary on-site contact for the company, clients, and subcontractors to address concerns.
- Facilitate communication to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project workflow.

**8. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and address issues or delays promptly, proposing solutions to ensure workflow continuity.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve any technical problems or design discrepancies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in civil/finishing engineering roles.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works, including concrete, masonry, tiling, painting, flooring, and other finishing aspects.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Sound understanding of safety and compliance regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
