**Responsibilities**
- **Handle Inbound Inquiries**: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and resolve customer queries.
- **Lead Follow-Up**: Engage with prospective leads and convert them into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with team members to strategize and improve call processes.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and persuasive manner
- **Report Generation**: Assist in preparing daily and periodic reports on call activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
