**Responsibilities: -**

**Develop teams and service level targets. Providing mentorship to direct reports,**

**comprised of Domain Experts and Assistant managers.**

**Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with partners**

**Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to**

**manage and mitigate the risks**

**Ensuring transparency around priorities and goals for the entire functional area**

**Ability to build positive team works across the business and technical**

**communities**

**Participates in process improvement initiatives for business divisions**

**Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes**

**Manages FTE levels based on budget requirements & direction provided**

**Provide various timely reporting on production, overtime, FTEs, savings, etc.**

**using MS-Excel**

**Responsible for proactive hiring projections and churn mechanism desired**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend only

**Experience**:
