- Locate and contact delinquent accounts through field visits and phone calls.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and update customer accounts as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient recovery of delinquent accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and stakeholders.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of collection and recovery procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
