The Executive - Recovery at the Finance Department of "myG India Pvt. Ltd." is responsible for following up and recovering amounts owed by employees due to stock shortages, cash discrepancies, audit findings, or other financial losses caused by malpractice, negligence, or errors. This role ensures prompt and professional debt collection while adhering to basic legal and ethical guidelines. The Executive - Recovery will maintain communication with relevant departments, including Audit, Sales, People and Culture (HR), Operations, and Legal, to provide updates and coordinate recovery efforts. **Key Responsibilities**: - Follow up on outstanding amounts owed by employees for reasons such as stock shortages, cash discrepancies, and audit findings, as determined by the Finance Department. - Ensure recovery processes are executed professionally and in compliance with company policies and ethical standards. - Adhere to legal guidelines and maintaining professional communication practices. - Collaborate with Audit, Sales, People and Culture, Operations, and Legal departments to gather necessary information and evidence for recovery cases. - Provide updates on recovery progress and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. - Develop and implement strategies for effective debt collection, ensuring timely and professional recovery of overdue amounts. - Escalate unresolved or complex cases to senior finance management or legal teams when necessary. - Ensure that recovery efforts comply with basic legal standards and ethical practices. - Stay informed about legal guidelines related to employee communication and recovery procedures, ensuring adherence to such standard - Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and financial regulations in all recovery processes. - Identify areas for improvement in recovery operations and suggest strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness **Skills & Qualifications Required**: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in debt recovery, accounts receivable, or financial operations, preferably in retail or similar industries. - Familiarity with audit processes and basic legal compliance is an advantage. - Strong negotiation skills and understanding of ethical and legal recovery practices. - Proven ability to follow up on outstanding debts and ensure compliance with basic legal and ethical standards. - Familiarity with legal considerations for recovery operations, such as appropriate communication practices with employees. **Location**: Calicut **Pay**: 15,000 to 20,000 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift - Rotational shift Work Location: In person
