**About us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively generate leads and convert them into sales to meet the company's targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers by understanding their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automobile industry experience is a plus).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler for commuting and customer visits.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and work independently.
