**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and persistent **Telemarketer** who can take charge of outbound lead generation through cold calls. This role involves sourcing potential clients using open platforms and directories, initiating outreach, and introducing them to our services. You'll be the starting point of our sales pipeline, helping drive awareness and interest in what we offer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients using online sources, business directories, and other lead-gen platforms
- Make outbound calls to introduce 3D Trixs and its video production services
- Create interest and qualify prospects before handing them off to the sales team
- Log call outcomes and update lead status in sheets or CRM
- Follow up with potential leads consistently
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

**Skills Needed**
- Language preference: English and Hindi (effective verbal communication required; reading and writing skills mandatory only for English, not Hindi).
- Confident and engaging phone presence
- Persistence and resilience in cold calling
- Strong research skills to find quality leads
- Basic knowledge of video production, animation, films, games, AI, AR, VR and other technologies
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or basic CRM tools
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
