Key missions of the position:
Ramp up of HRP from 50 per month to 150 per month from January’23

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company and regulatory
standards are achieved at all times.
- Good experience in Assembly and testing products similar to Pantograph.
- Smart & eagerness to learn.
- The ability to use various hand tools and material Handling devices to produce a final product.
- Ability to test the products as per specification
- Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Knowledge on Manufacturing KPI’s.
- Knowledge on continuous improvement concepts like Kaizens, 5S etc.
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Has knowledge on problem solving techniques like 7 QC tools, 5 Why Analysis etc

Education/Training: Diploma Electrical & Electronics/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Professional Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in assembly and testing of products similar to pantograph
- Able to read assembly work instruction using computer and carryout assembly as per that
- Good experience in handling larger painted parts during assembly and able to use torque tightening tools
- Carryout of testing of final product as per checklist using measuring instruments, gauges, timers, Inclinometers
