Key missions of the position:
TOT - Mors Smitt Relay project - Relay manufacturing assembly of various models.
- Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company and regulatory
standards are achieved at all times.
- Good eye-hand coordination to construct small parts and pieces into a final product.
- Smart & eagerness to learn.
- The ability to use various hand tools to produce a final product.
- Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Knowledge on Manufacturing KPI’s.
- Knowledge on continuous improvement concepts like Kaizens, 5S etc.
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Has knowledge on problem solving techniques like 7 QC tools, 5 Why Analysis etc
- People Management: No
- Budget Management: No
- Education/Training: Diploma Electrical & Electronics
- Professional Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing Services / Cell phone assembly lines.
- IPC certified Class 3 Soldering experience for 2 years.
- PCBA rework / replacement of components experience.
- Cell phone assembly experience - Electrical Engineers.
- Key Competences (Transversal/Professional)
