Responsible for disassembling, troubleshoot and reassemble PET/Closure cold halves and PET/closure Hot runners and Multi-Layer hot runners.Ensure conformance with the company's quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Disassembly and Reassembly of beverage packaging tools, including old generations
- Discipline to execute precise documentation for each customer incoming tool
- Ability to detect and solve mechanical / electrical issues
- Execute heat tests on all type of hot runners
- Work closely together with project engineering, hot seat engineering and NC coordination to actively move forward on problem solving.
- Technical /Professional Knowledge, skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of 5S and GD&T standards
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written)
- Technical education as mold maker or equivalent experience (mechanical and electrical knowledge is a must)
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience gained in an industrial environment
- Self-initiative, high personal integrity, strong reliability and who enjoy teamwork in a challenging environment.

**Education**:

- Diploma in mechanical Engineering (DME) / Tool and Die Making with experience in Dies and Mold assembly

**Related Experience**
- 2+ years in Mold Assembly / Refurbishments
