**Job Title**: Field Marketing Executive

**Reports to**: Field Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns in assigned geographic areas through direct customer interactions and promotional events.
- Visit potential customers in-person to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
- Organize, attend, and participate in field marketing events such as product launches, roadshows, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product samples to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of the offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential sales channels within the region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer insights, competitor activities, and potential improvements.
- Achieve sales and marketing targets set for the assigned region.
- Track and report on marketing activities, including performance metrics and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tactics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems is an advantage.
