**Job Summary**:
As part of the marketing team, you will contribute to building our brand presence online, creating awareness for our PD classes, and driving leads through strategic digital campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation & Writing
○ Write compelling copy for PD classes, webinars, and other educational offerings to attract and engage potential learners.
○ Create SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, case studies, and success stories to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
○ Edit and proofread content to ensure it aligns with brand tone, is free from errors, and is structured for easy readability.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
○ Develop and execute social media strategies to promote PD classes, skill development programs, and company initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
○ Create engaging posts, ads, and visuals that resonate with the target audience to increase awareness and enrollment in PD classes.
○ Monitor and manage daily social media activity, responding to inquiries and engaging with the audience to build brand loyalty.
○ Track social media performance metrics (engagement, clicks, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Managing PD Classes
○ Promote upcoming PD classes, workshops, and webinars on social media and through digital content channels.
○ Coordinate with the team to ensure timely content distribution for PD class promotions and ensure smooth online enrollment and participation.
○ Create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, video promos) to drive awareness and interest in PD classes.
○ Analyze participant feedback and content performance to optimize future PD class promotions.
- Content Strategy & Campaign Management
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content marketing campaigns that support the company’s growth goals.
○ Develop strategies for content promotion on social media to increase engagement and attract new students to PD classes.
○ Manage and update content calendars to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
○ Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
○ Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
○ Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media posts, blog headers, and marketing materials.
○ Assist in managing external partnerships, influencers, or guest contributors to enhance content outreach.
**Requirements**:
- Education & Experience
○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
○ Minimum of 1 years of experience in content marketing, writing, and social media marketing.
○ Proven track record of driving successful social media campaigns and content strategies.
- Skills & Expertise
○ Strong content writing and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms.
○ Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and scheduling posts across multiple channels.
○ Excellent knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
○ Ability to write persuasive copy for PD classes, creating engaging messaging that encourages participation and drives conversions.
○ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
○ Understanding of online learning platforms and their integration with marketing efforts.

○ Highly creative with the ability to think strategically and outside the box.
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different teams.
○ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
○ Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.10 per month
