Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 3+ years of work experience

**Required Skills**:

- A high level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in Dynamo routines is desirable
- A strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Protection Systems
- Ability to setup and annotate design and construction drawings, including schedules
- Proficient in working with markups
- Able to read and follow a BEP
- Conducting and resolving Clash Analysis
- Creating Parametric Families
- Strong knowledge in LOD

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of ISO-19650 Standards and Procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work related tasks
- Must be able to work with different teams, under supervision and in accordance with tight deadlines
- Experience in Metro, Subway and Rail Infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Fluency in written and verbal English communication

**Responsibilities**:

- Production and Coordination of MEP models
- Create drawings from MEP models
- Tracking and resolving multiple changes as per client markups
- Ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Keeping up with industry trends and implementing best practices

Specializations:

- Mechanical: HVAC modeling (ductwork, piping, equipment)
- Electrical: modeling of containment (cable trays, trunking and conduit), small power, lighting, fire alarm, and data networks Knowledge in circuiting will be desirable
- Plumbing: modeling of water supply, drainage systems, fuel and gas pipe networks
- Fire Protection: modeling of dry, wet, clean agent, and detection systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
