Hello All,

We are looking for BIM MEP Plumbing Modeler for our Kolkata office Salt Lake sector 5.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed **3D BIM models** for **plumbing** and firefighting systems using **Revit MEP**.
- Prepare and update **shop drawings**, **coordination drawings**, and **as-built models**.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC teams to resolve clashes and ensure smooth integration.
- Implement project-specific BIM standards, LOD requirements, and workflows.
- Perform **clash detection** and coordination using **Navisworks** or similar tools.
- Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client standards.
- Support engineers in design documentation and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.Tech in **Mechanical.**:

- Minimum fresher to 1 **years of experience** in **BIM modeling for Plumbing & Firefighting systems**.
- Strong knowledge of **Revit MEP**, **AutoCAD**, and **Navisworks**.
- Understanding of plumbing design principles, codes, and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,875.92 - ₹20,000.00 per month
