Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Create and optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Manage and track campaign performance, including metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to inform future campaign decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook and Google Ads
- Proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, bidding, and ad copywriting
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media advertising platforms beyond Facebook
- Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies
- Experience with content creation and management
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads
