**About Solset**:
Solset is a fast-growing solar energy company dedicated to promoting sustainable and affordable solar power solutions. We are looking for a talented **Digital Marketing Executive** to manage our online campaigns and generate quality leads for residential and commercial solar projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage **paid advertising campaigns** across **Google Ads**, **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)**, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, control **cost-per-lead (CPL)**, and improve **conversion rates**.
- Manage website landing pages, enquiry forms, and lead-tracking integrations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and track conversion performance.
- Conduct SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and ad performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and video content for marketing campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Explore new digital channels and strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
- **Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in **Google Ads / Digital Marketing** preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
