Job Description: PLC Programmer

Location: sec 104 gurgaon

Experience Level: 5+ years in Automation & Robotic Applications

Package: Up to 8.0 LPA (Negotiable)

**Responsibilities**:
PLC Programming:
Create efficient ladder logic designs to control various industrial processes.

HMI and SCADA Programming:
Design and configure Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Ensure seamless integration with PLC systems for effective monitoring and control.

Motor Control:
Utilize in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Servo Motor drivers and Stepper Motor drivers.

Implement precise motor control strategies based on system requirements.

Electrical Control Circuits:
Design and draft electrical control circuits using AUTOCAD software.

Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and proper documentation.

Component Selection and BOM:
Select components based on logical requirements and system specifications.

Generate detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) considering cost, availability, and functionality.

Communication Systems:
Proficient in communication protocols such as Modbus, RS232, Ethernet TCP/IP, and PI Protocol.

Establish and maintain communication links between different devices within the automation system.

Electrical and Electronics Knowledge:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of electrical and electronics components commonly used in automation systems.

Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.

Expertise in Omron, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLC platforms.

Proficient in HMI and SCADA programming.

Hands-on experience with Servo Motor drivers and Stepper Motor drivers.

Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, RS232, Ethernet TCP/IP, and PI Protocol.

Competent in designing electrical control circuits using AUTOCAD software.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
