- Language Proficiency - English, Marathi and Hindi.

**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling export documentation for all export shipments for HO & branches.
- Source and collate data and prepare BL draft against invoice packing list.
- Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of B/L & Invoice.
- Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details.
- Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L in studio.
- Payment request in studio & arrange payment from account dept.
- Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Exports consignments handled by Key Account Managers.
