Handling SGA office work
- Plan appointments and events.
- Create regular reports and update internal databases. (for Staff only)
- Facilitate internal communication
- Observing attendance - punching details of SGA Staff on daily basis in Matrix machine
- Salary calculations of SGA staff & NEFT procedure of salary with the bank too
- Manage Stationary, Manage Library and product samples related to SGA with proper records
- Arrange all Catalogues - category wise with proper records
- Manage Sub Consultant (filing/billing)
- PA to Director
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Maintain Director’s personal documents which are required - Life Policy, medical files, Family documents, Car Insurance, Home loans file, Bills of Electricity etc.
- To organize meeting/seminars/gatherings/sessions

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
