Scope Of Work*- Primary- Shared Across Functionally- Setting up Cost Control Procedure, CBS and Budgets and other specific tool to monitor and control the project costs
- Ensure appropriate assignment of costs to various CBS / WBS elements
- Prepare an estimate of planned vs. actual cost and the expected cost of completion every fortnight for the cost review meeting and present to
- management by preparation of Cost EAC reports
- Monitoring and Control of Cost Commitment towards vendor and subcontractors
- Tracking the cash flows on monthly basis.
- Provides financial risk analysis on EPC contracts, whenever required by the Projects Team in order to identify the mitigation requirement.
- Provide cost projections to assist in formulation and finalisation of annual and midterm project budgets
- Preparation of billing break up and invoicing procedure based on contract requirement.
- Tracking and collection of all back up documents required for invoicing.
- Raising invoice based on approved billing break up
- Monitoring Working Capital requirement for the project and minimise same by timely invoicing
- Updating of cash flow for the project
- To provide support to F&A in Forex/ Commodity hedging requirements
