Apna job’s platform seeks talented Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team and provide expert guidance to recruiters on effectively leveraging our platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping recruiters source and attract top-tier talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Apna’s job platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with recruiters to build trust and establish yourself as a trusted advisor, with a focus on increasing recruiter retention on the platform.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Extensive inbound and outbound call experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experienced in using different job platforms
- Stable work environment with a reliable Wi-Fi connection (minimum speed of 30 Mbps) and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
- Availability and flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and extended hours.

Working hours:

- Working: 5-day working rotational shifts.

Salary Range:

- 3 L/yr max
