Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team remotely. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward by generating leads, sourcing data, converting sales, and generating references. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion and sustainability of our programs. This position is commission-based, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and generate new leads through various online and offline channels.
- Research and reach out to potential customers, members, subscribers, donors, sponsors, and partners who align with the foundation’s mission and projects.
- **Data Sourcing**:
- Gather and maintain accurate data on potential leads and existing contacts.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to source and manage data efficiently.
- **Sales Conversion**:
- Engage with leads to effectively communicate the foundation’s mission and programs.
- Convert leads into donors, sponsors, or partners through persuasive and impactful conversations.
- **Reference Generation**:
- Encourage existing contacts to refer new potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Build and nurture relationships to increase referral opportunities.
- **Active Team Creation**:
- Recruit and mentor new team members to expand the sales advisor team.
- Provide training and support to new advisors to ensure their success.
- **Indirect Sales Conversion**:
- Leverage your network and team to generate indirect sales and contributions.
- Develop strategies to maximize indirect sales opportunities through various channels.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Passion for social causes and a commitment to the foundation’s mission.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

How to Apply
