**Role Title: Coordinator Sales Support Format Parts**

**Business Unit and location: Pam S, Shirwal**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Strategic and planning**:

- To consider each order as a project and to manage it from the beginning till the final I&C payment is received by keeping customer centricity as a final goal.
- Build strong customer relationships by effectively managing customer expectations by resolving customer escalations and check for feedback.

**Functional**
- Handling all Export regions for Format part inquiries.
- Understanding Technical requirement from customers and converting it to Inquiry format in terms of design Input.
- Submitting Proposal drawings to the customer and coordinating with customer for approval.
- Preparation of Quotations.
- Following up for PO, order execution after PO received and commitments to be communicated to customer regarding order.
- For Domestic region, Sales Order login to be done, and trial material follow up.
- Achieve committed monthly linearity dispatches for ACGE defined region.
- Complete Customer Ownership of ACGE Customer.
- Daily effectively track, monitor and update “OLM” - Order Life Cycle Management
- Adherence to commitment by collaborative working with Operations for Execution of ACGE Open Order.
- Pro-Active & Collaborative working with Finance & Commercial ACGE Team for Banking, Logistics & Dispatches.
- Continuous improvement on Sales Support Systems & Process to function in “AUTO-MODE”.
- Develop & Monitor monthly Process measurement criteria.
- Face and Effectively clear ACGE Business Rule, ISO audit & all compliance audit representing Pre-Sales Function.
- Data management and Record Keeping.

**Internal process**

Closely interaction with Sales Team, Technical Team, PPC team, logistic, finance continuously.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

**Requirements**:

- BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience handling export markets.
- Experience in Technical sales support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
