**Strategic and planning**

**Functional**
- Support Head of Planning by monitoring of production plan at each plant
- Ensure timely reschedule/re-planning of orders based on plant or sales requirement
- Ensure real time change / finite scheduling on machines as required
- Ensure utilization of available capacities for strategic key customers
- Plan size changes as per the demand considering availability of all required resources (pin bars, camera, printing change parts etc.)
- Support implementation of capacity allocation budgets segment wise
- Communicate with cross functional teams (Sales, CSR) and plants for effective implementation of the planning processes
- Conduct planning meetings with each plant for seamless execution.

**Internal process**
- Prepare and share reports such as plant booking status, printing percentage plant wise, gelatine / segment -wise requirement, size change summary with respective stakeholders.
- Key Result Areas
- Schedule domestic and export orders (plan orders, sales orders) in SAP in order to meet the customer requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining the desired lead time to ensure full capacity utilization
- Ensure product, size, plant specific planning to comply with regulatory requirements
