Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and practical cybersecurity training in a virtual classroom.
- Design and update curriculum covering cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
- Teach hands-on tools such as Wireshark, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Splunk.
- Guide students through labs, real-world use cases, and capstone projects.
- Assist students with certification preparation (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP).
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or IT security roles. Prior teaching/mentoring experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of network security, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, penetration testing, incident response, SIEM tools, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and mentoring skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, etc.) are preferred.
