Responsible for
**assisting organizations with the planning and execution of employee short term and long term relocations**. Including developing policies and procedures, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and providing support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the process.

**Required Experience**:
**Experince :4-8 Yrs**
- Experience of global mobility
- Experience in managing global mobility cases in a complex and matrix environment is a must
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in order to clearly summarize and effectively share complex information with various audiences.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, including the ability to build close working relationships with a large number of individuals across Finastra and among external advisors
