**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Outreach**:

- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, webinars, and other recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, counselors, community organizations, and other recruitment channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of outreach initiatives to increase awareness of the institution.
- **Counseling & Advising**:

- Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and their families, helping them navigate the admissions process and select academic programs.
- Counsel students on program options, campus resources, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Application Review & Evaluation**:

- **Communication & Follow-up**:

- Follow up with students who have applied but not yet accepted, encouraging them to complete the process and enroll.
- **Event Planning & Campus Tours**:

- Organize and conduct campus tours, information sessions, and orientation programs for prospective students and their families.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as Financial Aid, Registrar, and Academic Advisors to ensure students have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve the recruitment process and meet institutional enrollment goals.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of applicant information, recruitment activities, and conversion metrics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
