**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
- Present and showcase our diamond jewellery collections to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills, ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to sales.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our diamond jewellery offerings, including cut, clarity, color, and carat weight, in order to educate and guide customers effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive products to provide informed insights to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to the marketing team for refining product positioning and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and establish valuable industry connections.
- Identify and pursue potential business partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and potential leads using our CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team regarding sales performance and trends.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Solicit feedback from customers and use it to improve our offerings and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in diamond jewellery sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery, including the 4Cs (cut, clarity, color, carat weight).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Age limit: 21-30 years.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
