We are looking for a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, result-driven, and has a strong interest in the IT industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our packages, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a deep understanding of IT offerings and terminology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Acquisition**:
- Educate customers on our packages, understating their needs and budget.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and updates to provide accurate and engaging information to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure satisfaction and vivid experience for customers.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**:
- Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Provide insights to the marketing team for the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of computer and internet is a must.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
