We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and sales support.

Function: Sales and Business → Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Customer Service.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end issue resolution and follow up
- Customer Calling, Customer Handling,
- Membership Package description,
- Membership Sales,
- Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders or assist customer in placing orders
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Research answers or solutions as needed
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (Written and vocal)
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
- Exceptions can be from customer centric processes like Expedia (24/7).
- Freshers with exceptional written skills can be considered
- Educational qualifications - Graduate in any discipline
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and week off's
- Ability to work in a highly charged and dynamic environment

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
