**Job Description: Ecommerce Executive (Amazon Seller Central)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including creating new listings, enhancing content, and updating product details.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and feedback to identify trends and improve product rankings.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates, such as promotional campaigns, deals, and pricing adjustments.
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO to increase visibility and organic search rankings.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and refunds promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and avoid account issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, advertising campaigns, and overall account health.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central and ecommerce management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and other marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using tools like Amazon Advertising, Amazon Brand Analytics, and third-party tools for product research and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
