- Objectives:_

Team member will be responsible for providing Account Services processing support for Asia Account Services Operations involving the processing of Account Services products related to Account Opening / Closure, Maintenance, Document Review with an understanding of underlying Account Services documentation.
- Core Responsibilities:_

1. Team Member role (Maker and Checker for Account Opening and Maintenance)

2. Risk and Control

3. Support/ participate in new projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks - internal and external

4. Document Review and System Set ups

5. Coordination with Client and Cross Regional Countries
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities:_

1. Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.

3. Customer interaction, Understand customer requirements, documentation issuance and review and system entries.

4. Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained

5. Understand customer requirements.

6. Meet required productivity metrics set for the team

7. Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised

8. Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately

9. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.

10. Perform the dual roles of Maker and Checker independently with great attention to detail.

11. Perform control related activities to mitigate risk.

12. Quickly adopt and support process changes / automation initiatives driven by LEAN/OCR/RPA to deliver higher productivity, enhanced risk and controls and remarkable client experience

Shift Timing: India Shift / Early Asia shift as per Asia country assigned to support. (Like Australia, New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, etc.)

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Required

Preferred
- Education:_

Bachelor Degree (commerce/science stream preferred), First class or above.
- Experience:_

2-5 years

Previous experience in handling India / Asia Account Services documents.

1. Very Good knowledge of Banking products specifically Current Account / Savings account Operations.

6. Good oral and written communication skills

7. Ability to work in team environment

Enthusiasm and strong desire to work in operations.

8. Well versed with RBI / Regulatory Banking Guidelines
