**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and prospects through market research and data analysis.
- Support the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
- Help with lead generation, follow-up with potential clients, and maintain sales pipelines.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and track digital and traditional marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Assist with maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as required by senior management.

**Profile Requirements**:

- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field) - Freshers welcome.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
