**The Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Alumni & Student Success Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our alumni network, while also supporting the current student body in achieving their academic and professional goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging initiatives to connect with alumni, fostering a lifelong bond with ISBR.
- Organize alumni events and programs that promote networking, career development, and mentorship opportunities.
- Manage alumni database and track engagement metrics.
- Assist students with career planning, resume building, interview skills, and internship placements.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for students from academics to the professional world.
- Develop and maintain strong communication channels with both alumni and students.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in alumni relations, student affairs, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software a plus.
- Passion for education and student success.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a team player.

**Package**:
₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
