**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Department**: Operations/IT/Administration
**Reports To**: Manager/Head of Department

**Job Summary**

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's data systems, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy. The role involves analyzing operational and performance data to provide insights and support for strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management**:

- Collect, compile, and manage data from various internal and external sources.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of data.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
- **Report Generation**:

- Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for different stakeholders.
- Provide detailed insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Develop customized reports based on business requirements.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Monitor the performance of MIS systems and address any technical issues.
- Coordinate with IT teams for software updates and troubleshooting.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze data trends to support business planning and decision-making.
- Identify anomalies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Develop and streamline processes to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Automate routine tasks using tools like macros, VBA, or other software.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and provide data insights.
- Train team members on MIS tools and processes as needed.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in **data analysis tools** (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of database management and MIS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in MIS, Data Analytics, or relevant software (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
